Intro

On this week’s episode, Erica tells the quintessential 2020 love story of a Danish couple that remarried after being divorced for 5 decades and Mookie uncovers the secret of a long-lost passage in the British House of Commons.

Long Found Love

After being divorced for 55 years, a Danish couple rediscovered their love. Rekindled lovebirds Lotte and Kjeld Preisler said the pandemic made them realize they simply couldn’t live without each other. While initially married when they were both in their 20’s, a series of unfortunate events led to the ultimate demise of their wedded bliss. But, never you fret cuz love is in the air once more. Joined by a few of their family members, Lotte and Kjeld vowed to spend the rest of their lives together… again.

The British Lost a Hallway

Thanks to a restoration project at the Palace of Westminster, the British uncovered a forgotten secret passage that seemingly hadn’t been touched in 50 years. People walked past the small panel door every day but mistook it for an electrical closet. Turns out, it was a 360-year-old passageway with a rich history!
